Authentication

GigLive uses email and password-based authentication to secure your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please reset your password immediately or contact us.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration and profile creation
• Use the platform legally and in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct

Bookings

GigLive acts as a platform connecting performers and venues. We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to any agreement between users. We are not responsible for disputes between users.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in fraudulent activity, or negatively impact the platform experience for other users.

Limitation of Liability

GigLive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services.
